New MAR Technology Development for Small Stock processing

Overview

The Automated Small Stock Carcass Splitting System replaces the actions of current manual bandsaw operations performed in boning/cutting rooms after chilling for smallstock lamb sheep and goat processing and can be used to split Hot or Chilled carcasses installed pre or post chiller.
Robotic controlled carcass splitting utilizing micro toothed dustless blade cutting technology.
