New MAR Technology Development for Small Stock Processing

Overview

The Robotic Front Leg Cut, Hind Hock & Neck Sanitising System replaces current manual front hock cut, rear hock and neck tipping operations for small stock lamb sheep and goat processing.

The robotic system has advanced sensing industry standard cutting tools and a newly developed neck sanitisation tool to eliminate neck meat waste and maximise carcass yield.
