3DCreate delivers discrete event and robotic simulation on the one platform for complete simulation and visualization of modern manufacturing systems. Now everyone can access 3D simulation models using layered products and reusable components that simply snap together to form new layouts. It is easy to use, minimal training, flexible and scalable.
Visual Components 3D software family consists of three products: 3DCreate, 3DRealize and 3DVideo. With them you can simulate and visualize any process, robot or conveyor you have or you´d like to have in your production plant.
There have three main module of the software, which are:
3D-CREATE - Engineers can use 3DCreate ® to build and publish 3D equipment libraries and factory simulations based on engineering data contained in CAD files, brochures and technical specifications. 3DCreate includes all the functionality of 3DRealize ®.
3D-REALIZE - Use 3DRealize ®not only to view, but also to build and test different factory layouts. Add equipment, and build a manufacturing setting by moving machinery around on the floor. Then press to study the production flow, all using our easy drag and drop functionality.
3D-VIDEO - 3DVideo ®is our FREE, lightweight viewer. Anyone can use this stand-alone application to view a 3D simulation of an entire factory layout by simply downloading it from the web. The visual component layout files are very small in size and can be easily sent as an email attachment.
