MiniDos

Automated recipe controlled metering and weighing of micro ingredients, free from cross contamination, in production and the laboratory. 

Via the recipe control system, the micro ingredient system provides 12 or more types of raw materials, depending on the design. A screw that is integrated in the raw material hopper enables metering of the material directly into a collection hopper. The individual raw material hoppers can be easily exchanged as required with other hoppers that are already filled with product. Thus, a great number of raw materials or recipes can be scaled.

 

 

 

MicDos

From Manual to Fully Automatic 

In addition to the basic manual version, the MicDos is also available in a semi- and fully automated design. The ingredients are automatically discharged by the recipe control and weighed automatically by a mobile scale. 

The benefits of the MicDos include a fully automatic recipe processing and a simple, operator-friendly operation for reproducible, consistent product quality.
There is no uncontrolled manual addition of ingredients. A dust-free metering is achieved due to its closed system design and allows for product-specific adjustments.

 

 

 

 

MinDos

The Precision You Need 

The Reimelt MinDos system is the stand-alone system solution with its own independent recipe processing unit that can also be integrated into an existing system. Filling of the ingredient hoppers is achieved manually or automatically. 

A discharge aid with conveying and metering screw assures precise discharge. Afterwards, the raw material is automatically weighed by the recipe control and the ingredients are then pneumatically conveyed.

 

 

MacDos

Our Recipe for the Highest Efficiency

With the fully automated, high performance ingredient system recipe ingredients are stored and with great frequency metered and weighed. 

The standard six hopper design of the MacDos system is extendable according to customer request. The discharge is achieved by the integrated bottom agitator aid, metering screw and pneumatic shut-off valve. The ingredients are automatically weighed by a minor ingredient scale with a weigh range to 100 kg. 

The ingredients are then automatically transferred by use of a conveying blower and pressure vessel.

 

 

BigBag

XXL-Sized Flexibility

BigBags offer a substantially higher flexibility as opposed to standard bags – and this with relatively low waste. Reimelt unloading stations are modularly designed and are therefore adaptable to future processes. 

For partial emptying, Reimelt has a special integral choking system. The big-bag can therefore be closed again.
